We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale, clearance, and pre-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

🔄 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📦 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@auraquise.com with your order number, item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
❗Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
